Meet the team behind Rio's Paws - Shree, Matt & Rosh, and of course, our four-legged boss, Rio.
While we're busy throwing the balls, filling the treat jar, and givng endless belly rubs, Rio takes his role very seriously. He's the gentle giant who welcomes every new friend, walks proudly beside them like a big brother, keeps a watchful eye on the pack, and somehow always knows when someone needs a cuddle or a little confidence boost.

Hi, I'm Shree! 👋
Rio and I have been on quite the journey together.
I was born in South India, while Rio's story began in East India. Our paths crossed in Mumbai, where we quickly became inseparable. What started as a friendship grew into a partnership built on trust, adventure, and a shared love for animals.
Together, we made the move from India to London, bringing our passion for pets with us. Since then, I've been fortunate enough to spend the past six years walking dogs, caring for cats, and giving pets the love and attention they deserve. Alongside running Rio's Paws, I work remotely, allowing me the flexibility to dedicate more time to every furry friend in my care.
I'm currently studying for a Level 3 Diploma in Canine Care, Behaviour and Welfare, expanding my knowledge to ensure every dog receives the safest, happiest, and highest standard of care.
Whether it's an adventurous walk, a cosy home boarding stay, or keeping a cat company while their family is away, our goal is always the same—to make every pet feel safe, loved, and completely at home.

Shreenath Hegde
Founder of Rio's Paws and lifelong animal lover. Whether it's an adventurous walk, a cosy pet sit, or a home-away-from-home stay, Shree is happiest when surrounded by wagging tails and happy purrs.
Matthew Ravin
The calm and dependable member of the team. Matt has a natural way with animals and loves spending quality time playing, walking, and making every pet feel safe, relaxed, and right at home.
Roshan Keluskar
Always ready for the next adventure, Rosh brings plenty of energy, patience, and fun to every walk and pet visit. He believes every pet deserves love, attention, and a little extra playtime.
Rio Hegde
Chief Happiness Officer, Treat Inspector, and Official Welcome Committee. Rio takes his role very seriously, greeting every furry guest, making new friends, and ensuring every visit is full of wagging tails, playtime, and cuddles.
